• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging.
• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper use are not eligible for returns.
• Clearance or sale items are also non-returnable.
3. How to Initiate a Return:
• Email us at aanandacrystals@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return.
• Once your return is approved, ship the product to the return address provided by our team.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Note:- Parcel opening is mendatory for damaged product return complaints
